Thomas Miletic is an associate at the Los Angeles office of Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O'Keefe & Nichols, specializing primarily in the field of medical malpractice defense. Before moving to California, Thomas graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2005, where he majored in political science. In 2010, Thomas graduated Cum Laude from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. During law school, Thomas was a member of the law review and an extern for Judge Arthur L. Alarcón of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Thomas was published in the Southwestern Law Review for his comment on California's changing eminent domain law. 39 Sw. L. Rev. 209 (2009). This comment received a Burton Award for effective legal writing the following year. Burton Award recipients are selected from nominations by deans of all the law schools in America, as well as from nominations by managing partners of the 1000 largest U.S. law firms.
Thomas was admitted to the California Bar in December 2010, and is licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
