Following a successful record of civil trial practice while in the U.S. Attorney's office in Los Angeles, Peter concentrates on defending health care professionals before the Medical Board of California and other licensing boards. He also represents and counsels hospital medical staffs, and has served as a hearing officer in medical staff matters.
Peter has achieved an in-depth understanding of the major issues and critical nuances required in defending health care clients in administrative proceedings. He has an impressive record of pre-hearing settlements obtained during his decades of experience.
