Mitzie Dobson has litigated cases in a variety of areas including medical malpractice, elder abuse, HMO/Managed Care and products liability.
Mitzie played an extensive role in multiple tobacco litigation cases and focused on the analysis and development of medical expert testimony for causation defenses. Also included in her litigation background, both at trial and in arbitration, are cases involving medical malpractice and product liability claims. She is a graduate of the American Board of Trial Advocates trial school.
