Jonathan Rayas is an associate at the Los Angeles office of Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O'Keefe & Nichols, specializing primarily in the field of medical malpractice defense.
He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
Jonathan served as a Judicial Extern, in 2009 to the Honorable Zaven V. Sinanian of the Los Angeles Superior Court; and in 2010 to the Honorable Teresa Sanchez Gordon of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Before joining Bonne Bridges, he was an American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellow.
While at Loyola, he was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Program. His team competed at the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition; a Board Member of La Raza de Loyola, and served as a Coordinator and Mentor in Loyola's Stephen O'Neil Trial Advocacy Mentoring Program. Jonathan was also the recipient of the "First Honors" distinction for obtaining the highest grade in Trial Advocacy. During his time at Loyola he also worked as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, as well as Los Angeles County Counsel.
Jonathan was admitted to the California Bar in 2011 and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California.
