In particular, Greg has distinguished himself defending ophthalmologists in civil trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Over the years, Greg has successfully defended ophthalmic claims related to LASIK, ocular infection, uveitis, corneal disease, cataract surgery, retinal disease, and glaucoma.
Greg's experience also includes the defense of claims involving other medical specialties such as obstetrics and gynecology, urology, otolaryngology, orthopedics, oncology, radiology, and general surgery. Success has also been achieved at administrative hearings where attempts to impose discipline against doctors' licenses have failed.
In addition to professional negligence claims, Greg has successfully defended claims for health care fraud, battery, violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, unfair business practices, wrongful termination, and punitive damages.

Greg is married with two daughters and actively supports youth sports in his community. He currently sits on his community's Little League Softball Board and coaches girls softball and basketball teams.
